To connect capable people with the organisations that need them, and to make every step of that journey (discovering a role, applying, being reviewed, being placed) visible and accountable to both sides.
Recruitment too often runs on informal networks and paperwork that goes missing. We replace that with a single system where applications, documents, interviews and placements are all tracked in one place.
Our vision
A labour market where a qualified worker can find suitable work without an intermediary taking advantage of them, and where an employer can staff a role quickly with people whose skills and documents have already been verified.
